If the Inflight Wi-Fi provider doesn’t support login using the iPass app yet and you need to login using a web browser airlines may restrict the number of devices.
Please note that airlines/wifi-operator also have the possibility to restrict the number of simultaneously users on any platform for example for performance reasons. That is not very common but also covered in the terms and conditions for this service.
When can I connect Inflight?
Inflight Wi-Fi service is only enabled on aircraft once the aircraft reaches cruising altitude (domestic is usually 10,000 feet), usually when the seatbelt signs are turned off for the first time.

Is there usage limit on inflight Wi-Fi?
The fair usage policy for inflight wifi is effective from 1.3.2022 and will suspend users who use more than 1 GB of inflight Wi-Fi data during a month.
The limitation of traffic is enough to cover all general usage during multiple flights but will not allow for continuous streaming of data, software updates*, OTT services** (for example Netflix).
On average this amount of data equal approximately accessing 600 web pages, sending 200.000 basic email/instant messages, or sending 1000 rich email/IM with attachments.***
We recommend making sure that you do not share login information, have streaming services or software updates enabled inflight in order to avoid unnecessary inflight data usage.

1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture on the top right.
2. Go to Settings, select Network preferences, and go to Auto-update apps.
