Payment and Invoicing
When and how is the subscription fee collected?
As part of the sign up process, you agree on automatic collection of the service fee through your credit card.( In some cases we also accept electronic invoicing. You need to have a valid EU VAT number. For more information contact finance@flexinets.se )
Please make sure your credit card details are up to date and sufficient funds are available to collect the contribution. You can keep your credit card details up to date in your subscription section on the web portal.
I need an invoice for my administration. Where can I find the invoice for your service?
An order confirmation is sent directly when ordering the service.
After processing (1-3 days) a pdf invoice/receipt will be sent (regularly upon renewal) from finance@flexinets.se to your email address.
The invoices can also be requested at any time from finance@flexinets.se
I have a new credit card. Where can I update the payment details?
You can update your credit card details in the subscription section on the web portal.

My payment failed, how can I retry a payment?
Unsuccessful collection of funds will lead to suspension of your account. You can retry a payment in the subscription section on your personal web portal. Also, please make sure your credit card details are updated if you have a new credit card, so that next payments will go smoothly. Click here to log in.
Are my personal details and credit card details safe with you?
Yes! We store your personal details in a fully secured and encrypted environment. Your credit card details are stored at a fully compliant payment processing provider which maintains the highest security standards similar to a bank.
